| Shared Note: - Mathias Siebenaler's half sister Marguerite Siebenaler, married his wife's (Elisabeth Kronebusch's) brother Nicholas Kronebusch. So half brother and sister married a brother and sister. It is reported that "Matthew's brother, John, emigrated to Rollingstone in 1877. (The Winona Republican-Herald, 30 April 1925, 2:3-4; Siebenaler Family History at Winona Historical Society).
On 13 July (1890) a terrible thunderstorm, accompanied by hail, hit the Rollingstone area. On Oak Ridge many farmers - - Michael and Nicholas Walch, Michael Kirch, Peter and John Speltz, John Schell, Matthew Siebenaler, Frederick Kramer, and others - - lost all their crops. Nicholas Walch's new barn was blown down (The Winona Daily Republican, 16 July 1890, 3:3).

It is also reported that Mathias Siebenaler may have been born in Arsdorf Luxembourg.
