ALTURA, Minn. — Norbert Edward Kronebusch, 94, of Altura, Minnesota, USA, died Friday evening May 4, 2007, at St. AnneÙus Extended Healthcare in Winona, Minnesota, USA. He was born July 7, 1912, in Altura Minnesota, USA, to John B. and Virginia ‎(Frisch)‎ Kronebusch. He and Regina Scherbring were married Nov. 18, 1943. He was a lifelong dairy farmer, and the couple farmed at Altura, Minnesota, USA. In his retirement, Norbert enjoyed traveling throughout the country and tending to his garden. Regina died July 17, 1986. He entered St. AnneÙus Extended Healthcare in 2004. Norbert was a lifelong member of St. Anthony Catholic Church of Altura, Minnesota, USA, and a faithful follower of the Lord. He is survived by four children, Francis ‎(Charlene)‎ Kronebusch of Utica, Minnesota, USA, Mary ‎(Scott)‎ Dahl of Rochester, Minnesota, USA, John ‎(Deborah)‎ Kronebusch of Elba, Minnesota, USA, and Dan ‎(Debbie)‎ Kronebusch of Altura, Minnesota, USA; 10 grandchildren, Mark ‎(Susan)‎ Kronebusch, Doug ‎(Lisa)‎ Kronebusch, Amie ‎(Micah)‎ Salvetti, Erin Kronebusch, David and Brian Dahl, Michael ‎(Shelly)‎ Kronebusch and Ryan Kronebusch and Tim and Justin Kronebusch; three great-grandchildren, Janae Salvetti, Gavin Peter Salvetti and Ashley Kronebusch; a brother, Stephan Kronebusch of Rollingstone, Minnesota, USA; and two sisters, Veronica Koelbl of La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA, and Virginia ‎(Clarence)‎ Scherbring of Rollingstone, Minnesota, USA. He was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday May 12, 2007 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Altura, Minnesota, USA, with the Revs. Marreddy Pothireddy and LeRoy Literski celebrating. Burial will follow in St. MaryÙus Cemetery at Oak Ridge, Minnesota, USA. Friends may call at the church from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday May 11, 2007 and one hour before services Saturday May 12, 2007.
