Taught school at Blooming Prairie & Waterville. Married Norris L. Overby on July 14, 1951. Preceded in death by sister, Jean Hadju. Survived by her husband; daughters, Ellen (Jon) Semerau & Mary (Wesley) Torsch; sons, Nicholas (Diane), Jonathan & Robert (Kathleen); grandchildren, Nathan (Nicole) & Andrew Overby; Max & Emily Semerau, Paige & Morgan Overby, Michael & Mackenzie Torsch, Jack & Madeline Overby; great-grandson, Jonah Overby; sisters, Margaret (Robert) Walser, Lillian Jensen & Karen (Charles) Hoeg; brothers, Quentin & Robert (Sharon) Staloch; and many nieces & nephews. Eunie had many hobbies & talents, including: cooking, reading, gardening, sewing & Rosemalling. Her kindness & compassion will be missed by all.
